Cities only really thrive when citizens’ voices are heard. Yet as governments focus on getting construction moving, they risk leaving society behind.

These ideas and techniques are now available in four detailed, practical case studies. They offer practical tips for any client commissioning new development, as well as community organisers and resident groups.
