For me, a restaurant is a place of rejuvenation and community. People are so accustomed to seeing the exterior of a restaurant with just signs, windows, and lights. But my vision is to invite people to interact with the outside even if they are not customers of the restaurant coming inside. I don’t believe a restaurant should be exclusive. It should be a piece of art that brings joy to anyone just walking by. And this wall tells the story of a menu, a community, the ingredients, and the people.
