The key theme of the 5-Zero Cheongdam Tower is a “Green Oasis” ―a breathing architectural organism that combines a water droplet-inspired organic design with smart, innovative technologies. The tower’s distinctive wavy facade, formed by green terraces and louver structures, embodies the 5-Zero concept: air management, energy efficiency, water circulation, resource circulation, and carbon neutrality. Eco-friendly energy systems including louvers, windows, windtrees and a waste-heat circulation system that enable a highly sustainable energy cycle within the building. Located in the heart of Seoul, the tower’s lower levels offer a publicly accessible indoor oasis, inviting pedestrians directly from Dosan-daero. Cultural spaces aim to become new icons of K-fashion, culture, and tourism. Office and residential spaces are designed to meet the evolving spatial needs of future Seoul. Ultimately, 5-Zero Cheongdam Tower is an architectural no_expression of harmony between nature, energy, and lifestyle.
