Soundscape reimagines Seoul’s Nodeul Island as a place to celebrate the culture and energy of the city. It will act as a creative ecosystem, with a network of dramatic spaces that can host concurrent activities on different levels.

 

There will be a skywalk canopy whose shape echoes Seoul’s mountainous terrain and takes inspiration from the patterns generated by sounds of nature and live music. It has been rigorously developed to be easy to maintain whilst retaining its poetic and ethereal presence above the island.

 

We want to offer people a serene, restful island where the landscape celebrates native flora and fauna, and then allows you to wander up from the water’s edge to experience drama and harmonies in the sky.
