SoomeenHahm Design The circular and bubble-like geometry inspired by a mathematical algorithm？Metaball？allows the harmoniously interwoven digital geometries to flow naturally around complex tree trunks within the forest. While being digital in its design process, our proposal is highly analogue and tangible in its experiences. Beauty matters and we are not ashamed of using technologies to enhance human experience. Providing colorful and vivid experiences, which represent traditional culture, has been an important goal of the project. This exhibition celebrates the technological and aesthetic aspects of the Augmented Grounds by reproducing part of the installation at 1:1 scale and bringing the physical experience of the Reford Gardens(Les Jardins de Metis) to the visitors.
