— ID verification will be conduced at the ticket office for discounted tickets for youths, soldiers, police officers, children, seniors and the disabled, regardless of the place of purchase (both online and onsite).

Guidelines for visitors

— Smoking is prohibited inside the entire exhibition venue. 
— No food or drinks are allowed in the exhibition halls for creating a pleasant environment and protecting exhibits from damage. Visitors are allowed to enjoy food or drinks which are sold inside the hall only at the designated place.
— No pets are allowed to enter.
— Photography is permitted in some exhibition halls but video and photography for commercial use is not permitted. No flash, tripods, or selfie sticks are allowed for the safety of other visitors and protection of exhibits.
— Do not touch the exhibits and try to be quiet as much as possible for the pleasant experience of other visitors.
— Strollers and wheelchairs are welcome. But please note that it can be difficult to move around the hall with a stroller or wheelchair depending on the situation.
— Seoul Biennale of Architecture and Urbanism does not offer free parking. Please use public transportation.
— Visitors may be requested to wait for their turn to enter depending on the situation.
— For visitors with children, please ensure that your kids do not run, speak loudly or touch exhibits.
— Visitors may be requested to leave if they are disruptive to other visitors by failing to follow the above guidelines.
