— ID verification will be conduced at the ticket office for discounted tickets for youths, soldiers, police officers, children, seniors and the disabled, regardless of the place of purchase (both online and onsite).

Groups 

If you are planning a group tour, reservations must be made in advance. Reservations are available for a group of 20 visitors or more and should be made at least a week before the desired visit date. If not booked in advance, group admission may be rejected or require waiting to enter.

※ Docent tour for groups needs a prior inquiry for availability.

Docent guided tour

— On weekdays, 2 sessions a day (11:00/14:00)
— On weekends, 4 sessions a day (11:00/13:00/15:00/17:00)

※ On-site application: Docent-led tours offered at regular sessions are available on a first come, first served basis. You can join the tour without making a reservation if you come to the entrance of exhibition hall (docent information center). (in the order of arrival)
※ The schedule may change depending on the situation.

Guidelines for visitors

— Smoking is prohibited inside the entire exhibition venue. 
— No food or drinks are allowed in the exhibition halls for creating a pleasant environment and protecting exhibits from damage. Visitors are allowed to enjoy food or drinks which are sold inside the hall only at the designated place.
— No pets are allowed to enter.
— Photography is permitted in some exhibition halls but video and photography for commercial use is not permitted. No flash, tripods, or selfie sticks are allowed for the safety of other visitors and protection of exhibits.
— Do not touch the exhibits and try to be quiet as much as possible for the pleasant experience of other visitors.
— Strollers and wheelchairs are welcome. But please note that it can be difficult to move around the hall with a stroller or wheelchair depending on the situation.
— Seoul Biennale of Architecture and Urbanism does not offer free parking. Please use public transportation.
— Visitors may be requested to wait for their turn to enter depending on the situation.
— For visitors with children, please ensure that your kids do not run, speak loudly or touch exhibits.
— Visitors may be requested to leave if they are disruptive to other visitors by failing to follow the above guidelines.
